About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or the counselling services of Eduvium ("we", "us"). By using the website or sending an enquiry, you agree to them.

Information on this website

The college, course and exam information on this site is general guidance, compiled from public sources and reviewed periodically. Admission rules, eligibility, dates and fees are set by institutions and exam bodies and change every year. Always confirm details on the official website before you apply or pay. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of information that has since changed.

Our counselling services

  • The first counselling session is free and carries no obligation.
  • Any paid service is agreed with you in writing first, including what's included, the fee and the refund terms. That written agreement governs the service.
  • We give advice and practical help. Admission decisions are made only by institutions and counselling authorities, and we cannot guarantee admission, a particular seat, a scholarship or a visa.
  • We never collect college fees. You pay institutions directly.

Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information and documents. Our advice depends on them. You remain responsible for your own applications, logins, choices and payments.

Independence and third-party names

We are not affiliated with any institution, examination body or government agency named on this site. Their names belong to them and are used only to give accurate information. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
